Expressive arts therapy (EAT)
Expressive arts therapy (EAT) is the practice of using imagery, storytelling, dance, music, drama, poetry, movement, and visual arts together, in an integrated way as a therapeutic tool to help initiate change, and to foster human growth, development, and healing.
Expressive arts therapy is about reclaiming our innate capacity as human beings for creative expression of our individual and collective human experience in artistic form. It is also about experiencing the natural capacity of creative expression and creative community for healing and self expression.
Expressive arts therapy is used with children and adults, as individuals or in groups, it combines psychology and the creative process to promote healing, nurturing deep personal growth and transformation.
Expressive arts therapy will help you express your emotions with a medium stronger than words, be it painting, movement or music.
In the process the colors and movement will take you to a place deep inside you and help you with a better understanding of yourself.
Through the session she will offer a great opening for releasing blockages and gaining personal strength and happiness.
If you are in need of a positive boost, or are searching for direction in your life. The workshop offer a fantastic healing journey which will rebuild your self-esteem and empower you to take control of your own life. Instructor biography
Aisha Radwan an Egyptian Artist and Art Therapy facilitator, graduated from faculty of Art Education and studied Art Therapy Diploma one in Egypt and another in Dubai certified by (The British art therapy association) focused on psychotherapy, and for people of all needs and backgrounds. Masters in Psychology from faculty of Art Education.
Conducted Art therapy workshops at Burjeel Hospital,Abu Dhabi, UAE. Worked as Art therapy practitioner at El Nile Sanitarium For Psychological Health, and Addiction Treatment and at Hermal dar el salam cancer hospital. Worked as Art Teacher in Arch college of design in Jaipur India, and in different schools in Egypt. Managed few nurseries building a curriculum around the creative arts.

She Opened her Studio in Cairo 2014, and opened a Retreat Center in Sinai, Ras Sudr 2018 where she hosts wellness retreats.
