Overview

The  name of Crédit Agricole Group in French is (Le Bank Verte) since it has a good take on agricultural finance. Crédit Agricole is one of the most wide-ranging comprehensive financial institutions. The bank encompasses a plethora of Crédit Agricole local banks, 39 Crédit Agricole regional banks, and the central institute of Crédit Agricole S.A. In 1990,  the bank morphed into a universal full-service banking group. The bank's history can be tracked down to late 19th century. To explicate, the bank was founded in pursuant to The Act of 1884, which elicited the liberty of professional association and legally allowed establishing farm unions and local mutual banks.
