Ahmed Touny is a professor of surgical oncology at the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University. He employs surgical treatments as laparoscopy and endoscopy units. He obtained a master's degree of surgical oncology, from Cairo University in 2003 and a master's degree of general surgery from Cairo University. An oncologist is a physician who offers medical care for a person suffering from cancer. Oncologists work to eliminate cancer by employing various techniques, such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. They discuss multiple cancer treatments with their patients as well as the different phases of the disease.
