Overview
Fady Safwat is a psychaitrist of adolescents and adults and a specialist of acceptance and commitment therpy and adolescent addiction at Abbsia Mental Hospital. He is a member of the American psychiatric association and a member of the International Association for Group Psychotherapy and Group Processes. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor with an M.D. or D.O. in Psychiatry. Psychiatry deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mental problems. Psychiatrists are trained to evaluate both mental and physical characteristics of psychological disorders. People see psychiatrists for multifarious reasons, such as sudden attacks, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, unreal voices. Psychiatrists also deal with life-long disorders, such as long-term sadness, anxiety, and depression, which can negatively affect everyday functioning.
