Overview
Ghada Sayed obtained a master's degree of Pediatrics at Cairo university. She is a coordinator of the Arab World Infant Feed Network (IBFAN). She is a WHO & UNICEF nutrition consultant. She obtained a diploma from The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN). Pediatrics is a field of medicine that is concerned with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents starting from birth up, through the phase of development, till the age of 18. A pediatrician is specialized in giving treatment to sick children alongside with preventive health services for the healthy ones. Pediatricians are concerned with the treatment of injuries, infections, genetic and congenital conditions, cancers, organ diseases and dysfunctions and functional disabilities. See translation
حصلت غادة السيد على درجة الماجستير في طب الأطفال من جامعة القاهرة، وهي منسقة شبكة تغذية الرضع في العالم العربي، ومستشارة التغذية بمنظمة الصحة العالمية واليونيسيف، وقد حصلت على دبلوم من الجمعية الأوروبية للتغذية السريرية والتمثيل الغذائي. طب الأطفال هو مجال من مجالات الطب يهتم بالرعاية الطبية للرضع والأطفال والمراهقين بدءًا من الولادة، ومرورًا بمرحلة النمو، وحتى سن 18 عامًا. ويعد طبيب الأطفال متخصصًا في علاج الأطفال المرضى إلى جانب العلاج الوقائي للأصحاء. ويهتم أطباء الأطفال بعلاج الإصابات والالتهابات والأمراض الجينية والخلقية والسرطانات وأمراض الأعضاء والاختلالات الوظيفية والإعاقات الوظيفية.
