Overview
Hossam Emara obtained a master's degree in neuro-psychiatry from Ain Shams University. He is registered at the Egyptian fellowship of Psychiatry. He is specialized at all types of adult psychiatry, child psychiatry disorders, addiction treatment, and marital and familial counseling. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor with an M.D. or D.O. in Psychiatry. Psychiatry deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mental problems. Psychiatrists are trained to evaluate both mental and physical characteristics of psychological disorders. People see psychiatrists for multifarious reasons, such as sudden attacks, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, unreal voices. Psychiatrists also deal with life-long disorders, such as long-term sadness, anxiety, and depression, which can negatively affect everyday functioning. حصل حسام عمارة على درجة الماجستير في الطب النفسي العصبي من جامعة عين شمس، وهو طبيب مسجل بالزمالة المصرية للطب النفسي، وهو متخصص في جميع أنواع الطب النفسي للبالغين، والاضطرابات النفسية للأطفال، وعلاج الإدمان، والاستشارات الزوجية والعائلية. الطبيب النفسي هو طبيب يحمل دكتوراه في الطب النفسي أو دكتوراه في الطب التقويمي. ويتعامل الطب النفسي مع تشخيص المشكلات العقلية وعلاجها؛ حيث يتدريب الأطباء النفسيين على تقييم الخصائص العقلية والجسدية للاضطرابات النفسية. ويزور الناس الأطباء النفسيين لأسباب متعددة، منها الهجمات المفاجئة، والهلوسة، والأفكار الانتحارية، وسماع الأصوات غير الحقيقية. ويتعامل الأطباء النفسيون أيضًا مع الاضطرابات المستمرة مدى الحياة، مثل الحزن طويل الأمد والقلق والاكتئاب، والاضطرابات التي يمكن أن تؤثر سلبًا على الأداء اليومي. وعادة يطلب الطبيب النفسي إجراء اختبارات طبية ونفسية وإجراء حوارات ومناقشات مع المرضى حول حالتهم لعقلية والجسدية.
