Dr. Mohamed Ashraf El Meleigy

Mohamed Ashraf is a consultant plastic surgeon at Al-Kasr al-Aini Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University. He is a fellow of the University of Tuebingen in Germany and a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgery. Plastic surgery is a surgical field that aims at the renewal of the human physique. Plastic Surgery deals with two main realms, reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. Reconstructive surgery is concerned with the restoration of the form and function of body parts due to ailment, birth disorders, or accidents. This operation comprises craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. Cosmetic surgeries are conducted to enhance or alter the shape of the body for aesthetic reasons by eliminating body defects through medical techniques. See translation
