Overview

Ophthalmology is a medical field concerned with eye surgeries and medical diagnosis of eye diseases. Ophthalmologists are physicians trained to treat all eye disorders by prescribing medicine, performing surgeries, and adjusting eyeglasses and lenses to improve the patient’s vision.
