Overview
In 2018, Edge Holding was established with the aim of combining expertise and know-how skills to create investment opportunities and redefine the real-estate venture in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. Edge Holding is the outcome of the partnership between the two paramount real-estate players, Al-Brouj Company in Egypt and Al-Mashreq company in Saudi Arabia. Thanks to the two partners’ life-long experience accumulated over years in the fields of real estate, construction, and infrastructure, many construction projects are being founded both in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As a manifestation, The OIA project is established in an upscale location in The New Administrative Capital, overlooking four main roads and providing easy access to all directions in the R7 area. في عام 2018، تم تأسيس شركة إيدج القابضة بهدف الجمع بين الخبرة والمعرفة والمهارات المتنوعة لخلق فرص استثمارية وإعادة تعريف مجال الاستثمار العقاري في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة في مصر. وإيدج هولدينج هي نتاج الشراكة بين اثنين من أبرز الشركات العقارية، شركة البروج في مصر وشركة المشرق في المملكة العربية السعودية. وبفضل الخبرة الطويلة للشريكين التي تراكمت على مدى سنوات في مجالات العقارات والبناء والبنية التحتية، أنشئت العديد من مشاريع البناء في كل من مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية. فعلى سبيل المثال، تم إنشاء مشروع (أو آي إيه) في موقع راقٍ للغاية في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وهو يطل على أربعة طرق رئيسية ويوفر سهولة الوصول إلى جميع الاتجاهات في منطقة آر٧. والموقع محاط بأربعة شوارع رئيسية تقع على محور محمد بن زايد والنهر الأخضر والحي الحكومي.
