Egyptian Engineering Development and Real Estate Investment (S.A.E.) was established in 1996 with a capital of 10 million pounds, and it held a major role in the reconstruction phase in Hadayek Al-Ahram and the 6th of October City. Wahet El Ryhan is one of the company’s notable project to this day, conducted with the aim of backing the ambitious youths who are willing to start their lives in the most auspicious zones in Egypt.
