Previously known as “Damac Properties for Development”, Hyde Park Properties for Development (HPD) S.A.E. was founded in 2011 with a quest to star as Egypt's most acclaimed real-estate developer by means of reforming the real estate market and founding an environmentally and socially mindful community. Hyde Park Properties for Development has contributed to the establishment of numerous housing projects in the most cherished places in Egypt, such as Hyde Park New Cairo and Coast 82. تأسست الشركة عام 2001 باسم "داماك العقارية للتطوير"، ثم تحولت إلى هايد بارك العقارية للتطوير فيما بعد. وتهدف الشركة إلى أن تصبح أهم مطوري العقارات في مصر عن طريق إصلاح سوق العقارات وتأسيس مؤسسة تهتم بالبيئة والمجتمع. وساهمت شركة هايد بارك العقارية للتطوير العقاري في إنشاء العديد من المشاريع السكنية في أكثر الأماكن سحرًا في مصر، مثل هايد بارك القاهرة الجديدة، وكوست 82. وتعد هايد بارك المالك والمطور لمشروع هايد بارك الضخم في القاهرة الجديدة، هو يشتمل على 6 ملايين متر مربع.
