KUWADICO was launched when Kuwait’s National Real Estate Company (NREC) joined forces with Egypt’s Wadi El Nil Company. Since 1973, KUWADICO ‘s motto reads: “Excellence through Experience.” The company seeks to partner with the most eminent names in the field of real estate to employ shared expertise and innovation to embark on new lavish projects, characterized by security, privacy, and scenery. تم إطلاق كواديكو عندما انضمت الشركة الوطنية العقارية الكويتية إلى شركة وادي النيل المصرية. منذ عام 1973، وشعار كواديكو لا يزال "التميز من خلال الخبرة". وتسعى الشركة للدخول في شراكة مع أبرز الأسماء في مجال العقارات لتوظيف الخبرات والابتكار المشتركين لتنفيذ مشاريع جديدة فاخرة تتميز بالأمن والخصوصية والمناظر الطبيعية. تُعرف جراند هايتس بأنها أول مشروع عقاري لشركة كواديكو في مصر، وقد وفر حلولاً فعالة لأكثر مشاكل العيش في المجمعات السكنية شيوعًا.
