Overview
Located in the green, well-groomed Gezira Exhibition Grounds, across from the Cairo Opera House. This extensive collection of Egyptian Art from the 20th and 21st centuries. Highlights of the museum include Mahmoud Mukhtar's decorative Nile Bride of Bronze, along with Mahmoud Said's work Al Madina (The Village, 1937). The Hanager Arts Center and the Palace of Arts are both part of the Gezira Exhibition Grounds.
