PACT Real Estate started its mission in 2005 and took it upon itself to create timeless architecture, capturing the essence of Egyptian rural splendor. The main plan of PACT is to capitalize on the most untapped areas of Egypt’s countryside. The company is headquartered in Cairo, yet it has established many local sales offices in different Egypt governorates, such as Alexandria, the North Coast and the Red Sea. White Bay Sidi Heneish surfaces as one of the most key projects by PACT Real Estate. The project includes villas, twin houses and chalets, with an area ranging from 120 to 550 meters. White Bay spans an area of 78 acres and includes 4 phases, encompassing 660 units surrounded by green spaces. See translation
بدأت شركة باكت رحلتها في مجال التنمية العقارية عام 2005 وأخذت على عاتقها مهمة إنشاء هندسة معمارية خالدة وإبراز روعة الريف المصري. وتتمثل الخطة الرئيسية لباكت في الاستفادة من أكثر المناطق غير المستغلة في الريف المصري. ويقع المقر الرئيسي للشركة في القاهرة، بالإضافة إلى العديد من مكاتب المبيعات المحلية في مختلف محافظات مصر، مثل الإسكندرية، والساحل الشمالي، والبحر الأحمر. يظهر وايت باي سيدي حنيش كأحد أهم مشاريع شركة باكت، وهو يضم فيلات وتوين هاوس وشاليهات بمساحات تبدأ من 120 إلى 550 متر. ويمتد وايت باي على مساحة 78 فدانًا ويضم 4 مراحل، و660 وحدة محاطة بالمساحات الخضراء.
