Overview
The Child Museum is also known as The Children's Civilization & Innovation Centre. First opened in 1996, the Child Museum became the first children's museum in the Middle East and North Africa. In 2008 it was agreed to build the Child Museum and its garden to cope with the highest technology and the new methods of education. The Child Museum opened its doors again to children in November 2012. The Child Museum aims to create an innovative educational atmosphere, putting together activities and museum exhibits to develop an imaginative journey through time. The Children's Museum, 14 acres of countryside situated in the heart of Cairo.
